Both Overlord games have a Multiplayer Mode, with many different objectives. First of all, there is the "Slaughter" objective. This is a simple deathmatch: eliminate the opposing Overlord Secondly there is the Pillage objective. In this mode victory is awarded to that one who manages to get the highest gold score or can capture the most Maidens. Finally Survivor Mode allies two players to survive waves of enemies. These enemy groups will only grow the longer the players are in the game.
