One half of the Gromgard Twins, Gerda Gromgard is a big and tough warrior woman who doesn't mind intimidating people to get her own way. She sees the Dwarves as the "only real men around these parts" and her love of a good drink, gamble and fight has naturally drawn her to the Dwarf lands of Golden Hills.

She's the twin sister of Lord Grenville Gromgard and older sibling of young Lord Gromgard.

She looks down on the young Lord and takes pleasure in trying to bully him. She thinks her twin brother Grenville is a weaselly individual and hardly fit to be called a man at all, let alone be an heir to the Gromgard throne. But like her brother, Gerda is growing impatient with her father and wants to find a way to take power for herself.

Overlord: Dark Legend

During the events of "Overlord: Dark Legend" She planned to use the dwarves to seize control of the kingdom of Greenvale, much like her brother Lord Grenville, allied himself with the Elves. However, his plans were foiled when Lord Gromgard killed the Dwarf King Widget, making the murder look like it was perpetrated by the elves, whilst simultaneously framing the dwarves for the death of Elf King Erasmus. As a result, Grenville and Gerda seized control of their respective allies and waged war against each other until both, exhausted from the battles, returned home in an attempt to claim their inheritance, only to be captured and subjugated by their younger brother, who set them to work restoring Castle Gromgard to it's former glory.
