Doris, Witch of the Melancholy Moors
Doris the Witch is a character and one of the antagonists in Overlord: Dark Legend. She appears only in that game.
History[]
Doris the Witch is a witch living in the Melancholy Moors. She runs a candy factory, using the teeth of children to finance her business. The reason for this establishment is because when she was given her cottage, the Witches‘ Council ordered her she was supposed to just wait for the children to wander near. As Doris obviously viewed this as impractical, she created more of a franchise operation, which only grew when Gerda gave her the Blue Hive. Adding the essence of Blue minions into her sweets causes the children’s teeth to fall out, only to regrow infinitely. She sells them to the Tooth Fairy, who is having trouble collecting due to the rapid spread of dental hygiene.
When the First Overlord gets inside of her factory, she is infuriated. She has enough of the Overlord's meddling, so she decides to teach the young Dark Lord a lesson. A battle between her and him ensues. When she's beaten, her broomstick is broken and her cookie factory is a mess. This leaves her heartbroken and in despair. As Overlord Gromgard approaches her, possibly intending to finish her off, she quickly picks herself up, saying she gets the message. She tells him to take the Hive, promises she won’t bother him again and teleports away; however, she plans to turn a few princes into frogs, but that isn’t the Overlord’s problem anymore. She is last seen with Duke Gromgard in the end cutscenes and they seem to have gotten married.

Though she may seem like an air-headed tool, just like Erasmus, Doris is dangerous. She will fly around and toss exploding cakes at you. To defeat her, order a minion to take one of the muffin fireworks, lure her with him and then wait until it flies into her and knocks her to the ground. Once she is down, beat her ’till she has enough.
